We offer a wide range of lifestyle products straight from the UK. The range includes, but is not limited to, women's shoes, bags, clothes, wallets, scarves, accessories, watches, makeup, skin care, and haircare.. We also offer men’s shoes, wallets, belts, watches, and clothing.
Question 2: Are your products genuine?
We take pride in offering only 100% authentic and original products. All of our items are sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers, ensuring their authenticity and high quality. If you have any specific concerns or need further verification about a particular product, please feel free to contact our customer service team with the product details, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Ordering
Question 1: How do I place an order?
- Browse through our wide catalog of authentic branded products and select them by clicking on the “Add to cart” option. Don’t forget to double check the size. - Adjust the number of items and then click on “Checkout”. - Fill out the form that appears next and then click on “Complete Order”. You’re all done. - Sit back and relax as you receive an email as confirmation for your quick and easy online shopping.
Question 2: Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can reach out to our Customer care on Whatsapp or Instagram within 10 hours of placing the order for any modification or cancellation. Anything after that will not be acceptable. All orders will only be proceeded after the confirmation on the call.
Question 3: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash On Delivery all over Pakistan for orders upto 10,000/- For payments exceeding 10,000/- we need 50% paid online and 50% as cash on delivery. Other methods include Payment byCard and Bank Deposit.
Shipping
Question 1: What shipping options are available?
We use Trax Logistics Company and Leopard Courier Services along with personal riders in Karachi and Lahore.
Question 2: How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of PKR 450/- across the country.
Question 3: How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers can be provided via email or any one of our communication channels, upon request.
Product Information
Question 1: How do I find the right size?
We offer size charts throughout the website which can also be found in the footer of the homepage. We highly recommend that the customers ensure the correct size before ordering.
Question 2: Are the colors of products accurate?
Lighting and editing the pictures will alter the color of the products slightly but we guarantee 100% authenticity of the product.
Question 3: Can I be provided with original receipts?
Pictures of original receipts can be provided upon request, we will not be able to share the original physical receipts.
Others
Question 1: Do you provide original boxes?
Original boxes can be provided upon request.
Question 2: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We send close up videos and pictures of the products before sending them to the client after very carefully shipping them from the UK. If you still receive a damaged item, please reach out to the Customer Care on Instagram or Whatsapp at once with proper pictures as proof.
Question 3: What is the exchange policy?
We import items and therefore unless the product is damaged or it is not the size/colour that you ordered, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. However, if an item is not available, it is Glamup Pakistan's responsibility to give a full refund to the customer.
